  An amazing facility with a real community approach. There is a something for the whole family with adults and kids classes available in multiple styles. I have loved my martial arts journey at this club and could not imagine training anywhere else.

  I have been training here for a few months now, so I'm finally in a position to review it. The caliber of both instructors and students is very good. Recommended for both newcomers, families and experienced practitioners. Rod is arguably the best martial arts instructor I have ever had.

  What a fantastic community my son is now a part of!
  From the moment we walked in the doors of the academy Kane and is team of INCREDIBLE instructors have made our whole family feel so welcome and at home.
  I honestly can’t recommend the “lil ninja” classes highly enough, not only teaching the little kids so many necessary life skills such as respect and discipline but also a safe place for them to learn how to move and protect themselves.
  All round amazing place for kids and families!

  I've been doing BJJ at Roar for around 1.5 years now and the place has become a second home. There is no attitude or intimidation, just a great bunch of people you could almost call family, all training hard and enjoying the rolls. Highly recommended!
